North Carolina is home, but I was raised in Maryland. I went to college for Architecture and moved to Charlotte in 2004, where I got a job with a Civil Engineering firm. 2008 happened and I started to explore new possibilities. With a passion for architecture and people, Real Estate seemed like a perfect match! I have been a Full Broker for 2 years, licensed in NC, and I spent my first year as Andy’s right-hand gal. I learned a lot from him and am now his Buyer Agent.  I have a passion for community and I truly think of every single client as a close friend and treat them as such. I can’t wait to meet and work with you!

I am truly a “Southern Girl”. I was born and raised in North Carolina, living in the Lake Norman area for 25 years before moving back to my hometown to purchase my family’s farm. My family real estate background, real estate education, and experience in the real estate industry for over 24 years, along with excellent customer skills and outstanding professional ability, enable me to provide the most comprehensive and extensive real estate service to our clients. I attended UNC-Charlotte where I studied education. With the extensive knowledge and understanding of the growth of the Charlotte area, there is no one better to communicate and understand the business. Not only a licensee in North Carolina, I am licensed in South Carolina as well. My family is of the utmost importance to me, which is why I became Director of Operations, after 23 years as an active real estate broker. Between family and work, I stay very busy!

I’m a Texan at heart, but have made Charlotte my home for the last seven years. I’ve held a number of roles including middle school teacher, school librarian, Apple specialist, and now a real estate agent for the past 12 years. My new role as a transaction coordinator allows me to assist our agents and work side by side with our valuable clients. I hold a license in NC and SC and I take pride in my loyalty, kindness, honesty, and relationship building. Seeing our clients make their dream become a reality is truly rewarding.

With over a decade of experience in training and coaching agents, Josh brings a tailored approach to working with agents individually. This helps them get into production quicker, be better trained, and maintain the highest level of standards and accountability for themselves and their clients.

As the son of a hardworking family, I learned to appreciate and embrace the hustle at an early age. Having spent twelve years in the construction industry, I enjoyed the challenge of tackling many tasks simultaneously and operating under pressure. With a deep understanding of Charlotte’s real estate market, I always seek opportunities to expand this knowledge – even when I’m not working! In my free time, I combine my passion for learning with my real estate interest; it keeps me updated on new trends and keeps things fresh
