Cotswold is officially on the map! A phenomenal neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina that has become increasingly attractive to our residents due to its wide array of home styles and WIDE lots.
When you observe the new construction activity in Cotswold, one thing becomes apparent: the neighborhood has experienced significant growth, more so than most other neighborhoods. This is largely because, in the last few years, it was incorporated into the Myers Park High School District—a total game-changer for the area.
This change has led to an influx of builders coming into the area, with the Hallmark Building serving as a prime example. For instance, they just built a massive luxury duet that aligns with the neighborhood’s evolving style—a healthy mix of ranch homes and luxury new construction.
When you think about new construction in Cotswold, what you’ll notice is a balanced mix between luxury single-family homes and townhomes. A growing number of townhomes are starting to pop up because it’s becoming increasingly unfeasible for developers to focus solely on single-family homes. Consequently, the neighborhood is on the verge of becoming a lot denser. However, many deed restrictions in Cotswold are preventing developers from creating super-dense lots filled with townhomes.
Having had the opportunity to work with all three, I can vouch for the quality of their construction; they build fantastic homes.
