Dive into the heart of Charlotte’s most coveted neighborhood: Myers Park. A harmonious blend of old-world charm and contemporary luxury, it’s where stately mansions grace tree-lined avenues and history whispers through its verdant parks.

Myers Park is one of the most searched neighborhoods in all of Charlotte, and in today’s video, we’re going to show you why.

The last time we were here, it was a very cold and dreary day, so I wanted to come back and show you how amazing this neighborhood is on a day with better weather.

Myers Park is one of the most historic neighborhoods in Charlotte, and one of my personal favorites too. If you don’t agree that this neighborhood is beautiful, go take a drive down Queens Road and tell me that you disagree. Tell me that you don’t like some of those houses on that street!

Some quick stats on Myers Park:

  • In the last year, 222 homes sold in this neighborhood. That’s almost 20 houses every month.
  • Of those 222 homes, the average sale price is $1.4 million.
  • The average price per square foot in Myers Park is around $475.
  • The highest sale that was recorded in the MLS was $6 million, which had a price per square foot of $914. It was a showstopper.

Why do people love Myers Park?

  • Proximity – it’s less than 30 minutes from the airport. It’s a stone’s throw from Uptown. You are close to everything here.
  • RestaurantsJimmy’s Pub, Stagioni, RuRu’s, Bond Street Wine—the list goes on and on.

Where are the best places to live in Myers Park?

If you’re looking for a home in Myers Park, the main streets to look for are Queens Road West, Queens Road East, Maryland Avenue, Sherwood Avenue, and Selwyn Avenue. However some of the adjacent streets are also going to have some amazing opportunities.

The average price in Myers Park is $1.4 million, which is up by 17.5% from last year. Prices are rising here, so if you’re thinking about moving to Myers Park, definitely don’t wait because I would anticipate that number is going to continue to rise.

There are a lot of really nice opportunities in here, whether you want an old historic home, a townhome, a condo, or a brand new construction that fits the aesthetic of the neighborhood. However if you want that, be ready to write a big check!

After watching today’s video, you can clearly see why Myers Park is the most beloved neighborhood in Charlotte. And look, if you disagree, drop your favorite neighborhood in the comments on YouTube or Instagram!
