The first stop is located at 503 East Peachtree Street in Dallas, North Carolina (not Texas!). This fully-renovated starter home is 980 square feet with three bedrooms and one bathroom, and is listed for $185,000.
When you walk into the house, you’ll notice the spacious living room, and when you walk around the back, you’ll find a nice new kitchen with new counters and cabinets, as well as a full laundry room with plenty of storage space. Behind the laundry room, there’s a huge backyard, and as you walk down the home, you’ll find one, two, and three bedrooms with a main bathroom.
It’s a great way to start building equity in a home in Dallas, North Carolina.
509 1/2 East Main Avenue, Bessemer City NC
The second stop is located at 509 1/2 East Main Avenue in Bessemer City, just outside of Charlotte, past Gastonia. This three-bed, two-bath ranch home is just under 1300 square feet, built by Northway homes.

This home is listed for $245,000, but keep your eyes peeled, as there will be a few more homes in Bessemer City at a similar price point soon.
808 & 816 McDonald Road, Charlotte NC
The third stop is located at 808 McDonald Road & 816 McDonald Road, not to be confused with McDonald Avenue, in a different part of town.
These are two new construction homes built by Northway Homes, each with four bedrooms and two and a half baths, and with super high ceilings and wide open floor plans. There’s even an office downstairs, and a half bath right off of the living room.
The kitchen is bright and has everything you could need, including plenty of storage. Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom, which is huge and has a walk-in closet that is also huge, with its own window that brings in more light. There’s also a spacious primary bathroom with a soaking tub and a stand-in shower.
Additionally, you’ll find bedroom number two and three, a full bathroom, a laundry room that comes with a washer and dryer, and bedroom number four, all upstairs and close to each other. Both homes come with a fridge, washer, dryer, and a full set of blinds on every window, which will save buyers a lot of money.
The house at 816 McDonald Road is currently listed for $325,000, and the one next door, 808 McDonald Road, is identical.
1515 Briar Creek Unit A
Next on our list is 1515 Briar Creek Unit A, a really cool townhome located in the trendy Plaza Midwood area. Built in 1988, this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home was fully renovated in 2019 and features over 1,000 square feet of living space. What’s more, it’s priced at just $370,000.
The bedrooms both feature ensuite bathrooms and plenty of storage space, and the fenced-in backyard is perfect for entertaining or letting your dog run around.
One of the best things about this property is the sense of community you’ll find here. The young, friendly neighbors are always willing to lend a hand, making this a great place to call home.

Last on our list today, if you’re looking for something a bit more luxurious, check out 7114 Asbury Village Lane. This stunning five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom mansion is listed at $1,575,000, but it’s worth every penny.
With over 6,000 square feet of living space, this home offers plenty of room to spread out and relax. It’s filled with luxurious touches like hardwood floors, high ceilings, and beautiful moldings. The backyard is a real showstopper, with a beautiful patio, lush landscaping, and plenty of space for outdoor entertaining.
